Zinovia is a very nice place, we are staying there for the second time. This time we stayed in the newly built apartment: it's quite compact, with one double bed and an additional convertible. The apartment is sufficient for 2 people, properly equipped and furnished. The beach is probably 100 meters away, the bus stop is 5 minutes walking, there are shops and good restaurants in the area. The hosts are a very nice and friendly family, always available for any questions. Check-in and out are pretty flexible, it is possible to leave the luggage there if needed. Overall it is a very good experience and we will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Zinovia Apartments. The room was spacious enough for two people, comfortable, and had good air conditioning. The family running the place is truly lovely - special thanks to Stella, Haris, and the hardworking grandma who takes care of the garden 🫶🏻 The location is perfect, with many restaurants and markets around, and a nice cafe(Pink Velvet). There are frequent buses passing nearby that take you directly into the city(21 & 15). Everything was excellent and well worth the price.

The hosts at Zinovia were fantastic. Very attentive, cleaning the apartment daily with fresh towels. I felt very comfortable and calm as a solo-female traveller. Location is PERFECT! 1 minute walk to the beach. I'll definitely visit again, and recommend Zinovia to everyone.
