The room was very spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. It felt cozy and private. The staff was wonderful. I also need to mention a delicious dinner as well as breakfast with fresh fruit, juices and baked goods.
Unfortunately, there were a few things broken in the room, like the bathroom door frame or the towel hook in the bathroom. The lighting/heating/cooling control panel was confusing and did not always work as expected. Didn't have a chance to enjoy the spa since it was closed past 9pm.

nice designed and spacious hotel, super friendly and helpful staff (with the best restaurant tip!), beautiful environment. when we were locked out of our room due to technical issues, we were offered free drinks and dinner and staff did everything they could to solve and make our waiting time as comfortable as possible
the spa....
the sauna didn't get warmer than 50/60 degrees celsius and if you'r unlucky staff turns it on only when your booking starts - and it takes 45min for the sauna to heat up
the hamam did not work....no steam at al...also not after staff 'fixed' it
first time we went to the spa the bubble bath was cold
we could not use the outdoor pool

Breakfast is ok if only staying for 1 or 2 nights, we were there for 6 so a little bit repetitive.
The staff were fab especially Owen, lovely young man.
The pool wasn’t maintained daily it had worms in it.
Building work being carried out on site next to pool.

The staff was great and the value for the money was fine.
For being a spa hotel, it could have offered bathrobes and slippers, so you wouldn't have to walk through the hotel in a towel. Furthermore, the pool and sauna area are in need of renovation. The room itself was nice, but was a little rough around the edges. Overall it was nice enough, but the amenities could use a good update.
