Ottima location dove si respira la storia. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e ci ha accompagnato in una visita guidata raccontandoci un sacco di aneddoti e curiosità

Peaceful and charming location, attentive staff. Fridge for wine! Room and bathroom spacious, beds comfy, rooms air conditioned. Free parking. Breakfast offsite at Mondaino local cafe Bar La Logia where staff is really friendly and helpful, seems Mondaino is very popular with race bike enthusiasts.
Somewhat lacked a mattress for a baby cot. Room floors in tiles, so room sounds insulation not perfect, but with just a few rooms this was not an issue. Mind, that 3G/WiFi signal is not strong in the area.
