Pleasant stay

There is no breakfast option as it is a studio apartment. It is in a good location, not far from the beach, walking promenade, ferry port or restaurants.,. The property photos are the exact reflection of the apartments. I noticed that there are oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, and local tea bags, but no sugar or coffee so come prepared. I would stay here again as it is in a quiet location, midway between the main road and walking promenade.

How not to miss the street where Kaktus villa is located - if one is not familiar with the area it is very easy to miss the street where Kaktus villa is as they are very narrow and not well marked. The improvement can be done in the way that all property names be listed at the entrance of the street so people know that they are somewhere along it or say - pls turn left between Konzum and Tommy supermarkets on the main road if you are coming from Postup. Also if you miss the street and finish in a parking lot use a one-way road called Vatrogasni put (Fire track) to access it from the back. I would also suggest that the basic instructions for their cable TV should be supplied so one can use it.

Nice place, in a garden, ideally located. Friendly host who welcomed me and gave info on the appartment and area. They also authorized me to leave my luggage there for some hours after the checkout which was really appreciated

What an amazing place. Villa Kaktus is 2 minutes of walking from restaurants, shops, sea ... The appartment I booked was super cute, very spacious and it had everything you needed. The whole area of Kaktus is super cozy with nice terrace, sunchairs, trees. The host-Marikka is very nice and friendly. I will for sure come back one day, Pelješac has a lot to offer.

Lovely host, beautiful property and great location

The room we got was really not nice. It had only one window facing a wall and no air con. It was humid, hot, stuffy and smelled of mould. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out it used to be an utility room 😅

The apartment is beautifully decorated and clean. Although the square footage seems small, the space is well used. The garden in front of the villa is impressive, I really don't remember when I saw such a beautiful and well-maintained garden. The location of the apartment is ideal, a few minutes from the sea, shop, pharmacy, bakery....

There were many ants in the apartment that attacked our food. But that's normal for that time of year in the summer. Ants are common in Dalmatia. Unfortunately, we saw cockroaches in the bathroom during the night. That is the only objection to this accommodation. In my opinion, for the guests who would stay longer, the collection of kitchen utensils should be increased.

Sincere recommendations for Villa Cactus. Very clean, tidy and fragrant. The owner is very kind and accommodating. The location of the villa is phenomenal. Very close to the sea, promenade, market. The garden around the villa is like paradise. An ideal place to relax.

Just the fact that there was a strange, humid smell from the bathroom/toilet + some ants coming through the stones to the bedroom. But these were minor things, the rest was fantastic 🙂

I really enjoyed it and would stay there again

The location is great and quiet, conveniently located in the very centre but away from the noise. Close to the beach and restaurants. Friendly and helpful hosts. Niece and clean room, a bed with a comfortable matress. Everything you need in the kitchen, a nice and spacious patio outside with a table, benches and sun beds. There are other people staying in the house but the space is well divided, you can hear others but not be disturbed. The mountain behind the house and the cactuses as well as the stone walls create the atmosphere of this place. A really nice place to enjoy your holiday.

The pillow needs replacing as mentioned in some other review. White is best for hotel towels. It would be nice to have a soap dish or a little shelf in the shower - there is nowhere to put a soap bar. The painting is a bit gloomy, something simple and neutral would be more relaxing. I was woken up a couple of times early in the morning by prolonged screaming of children in the patio - taking them inside in this situation would do the trick. These are my only reservations, otherwise everythig else was great.

Our apartment was very small, too small it was actually inconvenient to be there. The equipment and furniture in the apartment are very old, still usable but you feel like you move back in time and you are in the 80s again.

The location and the bed were ok. The refigerator in room was extremely loud....I had to un-plug it to be able to sleep.

There were no amnesties😢. When you travel by motorbike it is nice to have some.
