En tout premier lieu, bien évidemment, la proximité de la plage (3 minutes à pieds)
Ensuite, un très bel établissement moderne très bien conçu et très bien entretenu.
Enfin, une propriétaire et des collaborateurs de très grande qualité et de très grande disponibilité et réactivité.

Lo staff, gentilissimo, il posto, tranquillissimo (però io ho soggiornato a maggio e logicamente, essendo un posto di mare, non era molto affollato), il rapporto qualità/prezzo
Le stesse caratteristiche riferite prima (tranquillità etc.) viste da un punto di vista di una persona giovane che vorrebbe divertirsi, diventano negative. Purtroppo, per tanti anni di trascuratezza, marina di Minturno, Scauri non offrono tante attrattive per persone giovani: qualche bar, per quanto carini, pochi locali non bastano a garantire una attrattiva per una popolazione giovane

na wejściu mało przyjemny zapach wilgoci unoszący się w całym lokalu, kartki informujące o karach w każdym pomieszczeniu, nakazanie gościom do codziennego opróżniania kubłów na śmieci znajdujących się w pomieszczeniu jadalnym, pokój wyłącznie dla 4 osób ponieważ łóżko w kuchni jest zużyte, zamieszczone zdjęcie ogrodu nie dotyczy wynajmowanego pokoju
