About this apartment rental
Adorable, immaculate 2nd floor condo features 2 bedrooms (master with comfortable queen bed and room darkening blind; 2nd bedroom with bunk beds & living room with queen sleeper sofa), beds made up for arrival (this sets us apart!) and towels provided. Eating area seats 4 ,1 full bathroom & 1/2 bath, well-outfitted kitchen with fridge, stove, d/w, microwave, flat screen TV with chromecast. Bosch W/D. A/C, fans. Secure high speed wifi in unit. Linens & towels provided. Beach chairs, umbrella & family games.
Swim indoors or out or soak in the hot tub in the club house. Goose Rocks Beach is 1 mile away to which you can walk or bike -but we recommend you purchase a weekly parking pass from from general store/town office to park at beach. (2023 weekly passes $100; daily $25.)
In addition to wifi in unit, wireless is available in clubhouse as is television and games room. The property is set back from a rural tree-lined road, Route 9, which connects many charming seaside beaches and villages. There is much to do in the area, and the indoor pool is a good insurance policy against rainy weather.
We have NEVER had pets or smoking in our unit. Please note: Saturday changeover and weekly rentals only. Due to rental restrictions and allergies, absolutely NO PETS, sorry. Maximum occupancy 4--strictly enforced. Sorry--no e-bikes.

This property was perfect for our active family! Close enough to our favorite beach, Gooserocks, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, volleyball, basket ball! Allison was an amazing hostess, greeting us personally with bagels! She was always available by text if we needed her (which we didn't because everything was so perfect). It was in the 90's all week so having AC was a blessing! She also provided beach chairs, toys, raquets! It was such a great week, so thankful for Alison making it that way!

This condo was perfect for me. Alison was there to greet me when I arrived to walk me through the condo and to make sure I knew where everything was. It was set up well and in a great location - close to the beach, close to fun shopping in Kennebunkport, close to Saco and Biddeford if you need city.
The weather was beautiful while I was there, so I was mostly at the beach and didn't use the on-site pool (indoor or outdoor). I loved it that they were there, if I wanted to use them.
I had to work while I was there and the wifi made that possible.
I'll stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely little home, away from home. It has everything you would need to make your stay-over as comfortable as possible. The pool facilities and clubhouse gaming room was a perfect fit for my family. This apartment is conveniently located to several idyllic beaches and many little shops, restaurants and hang-out spots in the area. I definitely recommend Alison's place for young family's or adults seeking an enjoyable vacation.
