About this apartment rental
T2 apartment crossing located on the 3rd floor of a residence located 150 m from the beach. The apartment has been completely renovated in 2019.
Description of the apartment:
- Living room with sofa convertible rapido (140 - 2 persons)
- Open kitchen fully equipped: dishwasher, oven / microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle
- 1 bedroom (1 double bed + 1 closet / wardrobe)
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and WC
- 1 private parking space numbered
Non smoking apartment.
To note :
- sheets, pillowcases and towels are not provided - so be sure to bring (2 beds 140x200 and pillows 50x50) -> linen rental possible from the concierge company that will take care of your arrival (20 € -> to see directly with them)
- the expenses of households are not included in the price, we thus expect that the housing is in the same state as that in which you will find it on your arrival -> cleaning possible by the company of concierge which will make the l exit status (60 €)
Ideally placed, you can do everything on foot and leave your car on the private parking of the residence during the duration of your stay. The strolling alley and its dozens of shops that connects the beach of the pier to the port is in a parallel street

L’appartement est moderne et très propre, la résidence aussi agréable avec des plages proches et tout a proximité ! Les consignes pour trouver l’agence et l’appartement sont claires. Les propriétaires répondent rapidement avec une conversation agréable !

Petit appartement très sympa très propre, la plage et la flânerie sont aux pieds de la résidence ce qui est vraiment agréable. Et une place de parking privative est également comprise pour l'appartement c'est un vrai plus.

It was a nice Week at this Appartement. The only things, that where not optimal, is the Window in the Sleeping Room, that goes out to the staircase and that WIFI is missing.
Otherwise I had everything I needed. It was a nice stay.

Appartement très bien situé, tout équipé (sauf wifi), refait à neuf.
Seul bémol, le voisinage parfois bruyant la nuit.
