About this house rental

Surrounded by olive groves, desolate and forest this beautiful stone house has just been completed. 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a modern fitted kitchen and large terrace. Outside large swimming pool with deckchair and umbrella, pool house, 2 nd outdoor terrace, and private parking.
Close to all commerce, restaurant, cinema and markets.
You will find plenty of activity and entertainment: Grotte Chauvet? Underground cave canoe kayak, walking tour and mountain bike ......

Our family spent 9 days in Rosieres. We loved every minute of it. The house was perfectly clean and equipped with everything we needed. We only regret we couldn't stay longer. Our host was very polite and helpful - we were explained regarding the shopping, local markets and things worth seeing.

Welcoming, friendly and informative our host was everything we needed. The apartment is well equipped, modern, with Great views over the countryside. We enjoyed cycling, walks, visits to local towns and the swimming pool!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem alten Steinhaus ist aber nagelneu hergerichtet und modern ausgestattet. Für uns zwei war sie am Anfang fast zu groß, wir haben es aber verstanden sie so zu nutzen, dass wir uns schnell an die Größe gewöhnt haben. Der Pool befindet sich neben dem neuen Haus des Besitzers ca. 150 m weg, was absolut kein Problem darstellt, wir hatten ihn zur Alleinnutzung, obwohl F. uns versichert hat, dass er auch ab uns zu den Pool benutzen würde. Herrliche, ruhige und zum Entspannen geeignete Lage. Was aber bedeutet das Fahrrad (Rückweg geht den Berg hoch) oder das Auto zum Bäcker und Einkaufen nutzen zu müssen. F. ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich und hat uns auch an seinem Garten partizipieren lassen, wir durften sogar Kastanien mit nach Deutschland nehmen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen wenn wir uns in dieser schönen Ecke von Frankreich aufhalten werden. Grüße R. und C.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille au calme des vacances reposantes L'appartement propre spacieux pour une famille de 5 personnes. On avaient accès tous les jours à la piscine. Le propriétaire une personne très agréable Je recommande cette location beaucoup de visite à faire dans la région Nous y retournerons très certainement pour des prochaines vacances

Mes deux enfants et moi-même avons été reçu par le propriétaire qui a été durant tout notre séjour un hôte de qualité, tant par sa gentillesse que par ses conseils et sa personne. Je recommande également l'hébergement localisé dans un endroit reposant, à l'écart de la circulation avec un accès rapide aux commerces de première utilité. Nous y retournerons certainement.
