Great location that is why it was my 3rd stay there, and will go back in future.
The shower can be a problem for older people. Uncomfortable to climb over edge of bath. A proper shower would be recommended.

Location was perfect, especially with kids. Kitchen accessories were perfect, warm water and fan was working. Parking was available.
The stay was expensive because of broken cupboards and drawers, not correlating with self-catering bookings we had before. You can stay at the Grand west hotel breakfast included for R1400. The toilet paper was not replaced; towels and kitchen towels were not changed on the days that we booked the cleaning service. I did enquire about towels beforehand, and we did bring our own towels. But then towels and kitchen towels were provided so we expected it had to be replaced on the cleaning days.
The rooms were only cleaned by 15h00 which was very annoying as we had to leave the property twice during the days as it was not cleaned yet. It was not a beach day. I asked the host and she said that they first clean the rooms that was empty. But that was not communicated to us. We did stay for 6 days. I was also not happy that the host did not even get up from her chair to come and talk to us as the customers about the cleaning problem. No apology about this. The bathroom door of unit 2 cannot close properly so every time someone used it, the door made a terrible noise.
