Worth staying at Villa Nore….

Property is pretty close to centrum. It was very clean with most of facilities. Owner was very good, accessible and shared lot of important information. Highly recommended for families.

Amazing, that place made weekend incredible from the start.

Such small details from the start made it just great. Extra pillows in the closet if you like one more. Amazing full equipped kitchen. Such a nice host welcoming us with open arms , helping and giving advices about places around. It was jus plesure.

Läget i Borgholm är perfekt!

Enkel Standard på lägenheten i förhållande till priset 6180 kr för två nätter, avskalat och bortplockat, inte ens ett endaste kaffefilter till kaffebryggaren, inte salt eller svartpeppar.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen, man sollte aber keine zu hohen Erwartungen haben.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gab Tipps für Ausflüge mit Karten und Broschüren. Einigermaßen ruhig gelegen (Nebenstraße).

Im Vordergarten sah es schon sehr wüst aus. Insgesamt machte es von außen nicht den besten Eindruck. In der Wohnung gab es Spinnen, Silberfische und andere kleine Insekten. Kein Fliegengitter vor dem Fenster zum Lüften.

La location est bien placée par rapport au centre ville. Le quartier est calme. L’appartement est agréable et lumineux. Le propriétaire a été très disponible et a toujours répondu rapidement à nos sollicitations comme de changer le tuyau du pommeau de douche qui était percé.

Notre appartement se trouvait au 2ème étage sans ascenseur. Nos valises étaient lourdes. L’annonce ne nous avait pas précisé ce « détail ». Côté équipement les lits n’étaient pas très confortables, il n’y avait qu’une seule poêle et dans un mauvais état, une fenêtre de toit ne fermait pas complètement et il n’y avait pas de machine à laver.

Klockrent hela vägen! Bernt är en kalasvärd på alla sätt, boendet är kanon, läget fantastiskt. Ingenting att anmärka på överhuvudtaget. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka :)

Väldigt trevligt boende med bra läge

Trevlig värd, tillmötesgående och gav tips på resvägar, aktiviteter, restauranger, badplats etc. Bra service, kanonbra läge och lägenheten hade allt vi behövde.

Vi som grupp hade en fantastisk weekend på detta boendet

Centralt, väldigt fina rum, trädgården med grillmöjligheter och lite olika platser att sitta på och priset var helt ok för att ligga så centralt och vara mitt i semestertider

Trapporna upp till översta lägenheterna var ganska många 😉

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Der Vermieter ist äußerst freundlich. Er hat uns bei der Ankunft sofort mit Tipps und Karten versorgt. Einen kleinen Mangel in der Ferienwohnung hat er auf unseren Hinweis hin sofort beseitigt. Die Lage der Villa ist sehr gut, nah zur kleinen Fußgängerzone und zum Hafen. Von den anderen Feriengästen in der Villa haben wir nichts gehört. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut.

Im Bad wäre noch eine Ablagemöglichkeit von Vorteil. Dort konnte man weder etwas stellen noch aufhängen.
