When we came it looked okay but then we sat at the table and our black sweaters were dusty. We cleaned it and the paper was dusty black. Dusty was also the kitchen counter like there was no one in the apartment for a month. The drawer in the kitchen had oily stains on it. We knew there wasn’t going to be bed linen and towels but we had no idea there wouldn’t be no soap, kitchen sponge, toilet paper and so one. For the price we payed there could be at least one roll of toilet paper so when you come to the apartment from a long trip you can go pee. We payed for the apartment so we expected it to be ready to live in when we come. But we had to turn on the electricity, lift up the blinds,… I wonder how many days the apartment was in no use, in the dark,… Because I am sure no one ventilated the room. Ew. The electricity kept going off then we called the agency and they told us we can’t have the boiler and air conditioning on at the same time which is really weird. Most people at the agency don’t even speak english, i mean they should because they work at the TOURIST agency. I am not picky, but this is the worst service I have ever received from accommodations. The one thing that also bothered me was the broom in the bucket that was in the shower. It looked unprofessional like “you have to keep the apartment so clean look here is the broom, we put it here so you won’t miss it”. I mean if the broom was in the hallway or anywhere else, would be ok.
