Great house for families or groups.

Great house for our family of 7. Very rural location, not possible to walk easily to any amenities, however, very large and well maintained garden (great for frisbee!), and the pool looked lovely, though not in season for us. We were a bit unlucky with the weather, but the fabulous log burner made the evenings warm and cosy. Hot water never ran out. Wifi was a bit dodgy when we arrived, but sorted itself out and was then fine for the rest of our stay. Owner very helpful and friendly. The large dining table and benches were brilliant for meals and games. We felt the property was good value for the number of people it slept too.

Kitchen was a little small and cluttered, but on the other hand, it contained everything you needed.

More butter knives and table spoons would be good but otherwise the facilities were excellent
