Apartment Residenza Chesa Margun 35-5 by Interhome

The person running the place was super friendly and helpful and everything was very well organised. The apartment was small but well kitted-out and comfortable. The connected restaurant served lovely food and we were very happy to be able to order bread for the following day at the reception (which was delicious). As a family with a small baby, we found everything very easy and also noticed that they had board games to rent in the lobby, which would be great if you came with an older child/children. The location was good. Although Surlej doesn't have much other than holiday apartments, there is a free shuttle bus to the closest town, which had the key amenities we needed. The apartment was also located close to the Corvatsch cable car so it was very easy to go for lovely walks. Overall we had a lovely holiday and we would definitely come back to stay here again.

We found the lifts in the building quite small. That was more of an issue for us because we had a stroller and other baby stuff though. It wasn't the worst issue in the world as it would have been worse to have no lifts at all! We initially found the place a bit difficult to find because 35-5 is one of the apartments in a larger complex and it wasn't initially clear which complex it was in because of the number of holiday apartments in Surlej.
