Ruhig, Parkplatz kostenlos direkt vor dem Haus, Sitzplatz mit super Aussicht. Sehr freundlicher und speditiver Hauswart.
Die Kommunikation mit Booking war nicht zufriedenstellend! Auf meine Fragen (schriftlich) zum Parkplatz und Gästekarte bekam ich keine Antwort, nur eine automatisierte Aufforderung, die Unterlagen genauer zu lesen - dort wurden die Fragen aber nicht beantwortet!!! Ein Telefonat mit dem Hauswart hat alles geklärt. Achtung: die Lage ist etwas erhöht, vom Obersee/Bahnhof läuft man 15-20Min bergauf. Von der Busstation Zentrum sind es auch immer noch ca. 10Min. Da wir zum 1. Mal in Arosa waren, war uns die Topografie nicht bekannt. Das wäre der allereinzige Grund, warum wir nächstes Mal vielleicht eine andere Unterkunft wählen würden.

Der Sitzplatz mit der schönen Aussicht. Die erholsam, ruhige Lage des Apartemen. Wir konnten sehr gut schlafen auf den super Matratzen. Die Wohnung war wirklich super sauber wir fühlten uns wohl.
Nichts wir hatten alles und die Kaffeekapselmaschine haben wir von Zuhauses mitgebracht.
