This apartment had all the basics for preparing food. It was in a good location and was clean. Checking in and out was easy and there is a bus stop within a two minute walk of the apartment.
I did not like the fact that other than kitchen utensils and toilet paper, this place was stingy in many ways that created an unnecessary level of inconvenience. No paper towel. No shampoo/conditioner/bath soap. To get extra pillows or towels there is a fee, and we only got two towels for four full days. The kitchen is stripped of all condiments, not like your standard ABnB where you can find and use what other people before you left. So, the first thing we had to do was go shopping for things normally found in this kind of accommodation.

The location was the best thing about this place, walking distance from everything in town. Covers all the necessities you need. Nothing special, just a room, a budget option compared to other places in town.
Even though the room is visibly clean, there is a stink in the room that is really unpleasant. Uncertain where it comes from, but we had to leave the windows open the whole week we were there. Otherwise, it would build up....especially bad in the bathroom. The furniture and room are a bit outdated, but everything works.
