San Felice Palace

The property is located in a lovely old building in a beautiful vibrant part of Naples. Our host was very active and responsive to any questions we had and was extremely welcoming and friendly, even arranging us a lift from the airport to the accommodation late at night from a neighbour. Located very close to piazza cavour this well priced stay is in a perfect location to travel all across the city and to sites such as Pompei. The food in the area is absolutely amazing and there is plenty of cocktail spots. Given the three locks required to enter the property we felt very secure and had a a good night sleep in the most comfortable bed. The window opens out to a washing line where we hung our clothes to dry after using a local self serve laundrette. There is many mini marts nearby providing fresh fruit, clothes, self care products and multiple supermarkets within a ten minute walking radius. The aircon was functioning and kept the room comfortable and cool and the TV also worked. A small desk is provided and outside the room is a communal microwave, kettle and coffee machine.

The shower was rather small and the head didn’t stay in place very securely. The hairdryer made a rattling noise so I was unsure about using it. The walls are very thin so passing traffic can be heard, thankfully our neighbours were not noisy so this didn’t prove to me much of a problem.

The place was really comfortable and location is looks safe and not too far from city Room is so big and they have AC!!

Fabrizio was a great host, he was flexible about check in time and helped us with organising the ride from the airport during a strike in public transport. Room was comfy and spacious, the bathroom was very big. Neighbourhood was nice and very close to the city center, a lot of great restaurants nearby.

It’s in a vibrant location and in a beautiful, although dilapidation. There are several nice wine bars and restaurants around. The room was clean but basic.

The bed could do with more pillows and there was no extra toilet paper provided. There is a communal coffee machine in the hall.
