Tolle Lage, Wohnung mit kleinern Schwächen
Die Lage der des Hauses ist sehr gut, zum Lift läuft man weniger als 5 Minuten. Jedes Apartment hat einen eigenen Parkplatz, teils sogar in der Tiefgarage. Der Self-Check-In über die Schlüsselboxen funktioniert super. Jedes Appartement verfügt über ein abschließbares Abteil im Keller für Skiausrüstung etc. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut, nur wenige Utensilien zum Kochen fehlen.
Die Einrichtung ist insgesamt kahl und lieblos. Die Einrichtungsgegenstände sind teils abgenutzt. Es gibt überhaupt keine Dekoelemente wie z. B. Bilder an den Wänden. Insbesondere die fensterlosen Badezimmer wirken etwas trist. In der Dusche muss dringend die Armatur und der Duschkopf getauscht werden. Zwischen heißem und kaltem Wasser ist es schwierig eine passende Temperatur zu finden und der Duschkopf bleibt nicht in seiner Position, was für große Leute nervig ist. Laut Unterlagen verfügt der Boiler nur über 70 Liter warmes Wasser. Zu dritt haben wir jeweils zügig geduscht und keine Probleme gehabt. Nutzbar ist die Wohnung für bis zu sechs Personen, bei Vollauslastung kann das warme Wasser nicht reichen. Das Appartement wird mit einer Waschmaschine beworben. Diese ist jedoch nicht zu gebrauchen, da sie im Kellerabteil durch Kisten und Fahrräder versperrt ist.
