The room is quite big and comfortable. We didn't get the room we booked through the website because apparently there is some mistake, but the staff was kind enough to provide us a very satisfactory solution. The breakfast offered was great with many options.

Location and the Beijing Opera performance.
No English speaking front desk attendants. Had to pay for luggage that arrived the next day. This was not expected since the airline was responsible for the late arriving luggage. We are looking into whether this was a scam.
