NOT WORTH IT, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!

The only food thing about the property is the location - you are less than 5min walk from the La Pelosa beach.

Considering the price (we paid €1400 for 7 nights) we expected good quality amenities, the whole property needs updating, it's old, it's not clean. For the money you are better off staying in a hotel or agriturismos. - the bedroom: the bed consisted of two old mattresses on top of each other. The mattress protector was old, full of holes and not very clean. It was so uncomfortable we had to sleep in the spare room on single beds. The sheets were stained and didn't feel very clean (see photos) - bathroom: the shower is leaking, the toilet seat is broken and kept coming off. It was dirty.(See photos) - the kitchen: the fridge is old, the door seal is mouldy. The drawers are impossible to open, everything was dirty and we had to wash everything we wanted to use. The tap water comes white and you can't drink it. (Photos attached) - the living room: old sofa, old TV, no WiFi - the patio is lovely but there's old cigarettes butts everywhere - the outdoor shower: there's a huge hole in the pipe and you hardly get any water as everything is leaking from the side

Great location poor property

Top location

I expected to pay high price for the location but also expected high quality accommodation service and comfort, unfortunately this wasn't the case. The wardrobe and cupboards were unusable because of the musty smell. Opening the kitchen window you could see dirt and spider webs. No dish washer, no WiFi, tiny TV, 1 air conditioning unit that was not enough for the size of the house. The sofa bed is uncomfortable. We brought our own linen, we just found ripped plastic mattress covers on all beds. 1 kitchen chair was broken and unusable. The bulb in the corridor was gone, I did mention it and nothing was done. The front door would not close, we had to lock it with the key every time we went in and out from the garden and with the kids this was a pain. I also mention it on the first day. The garden in front of the veranda was a mess, 2 lounges of which 1 was broken but it wasn't a nice place to relax anyway. There was a pile of coal thrown beside the lounges which should have been cleaned up before our arrival. On our last day we were told we had to remove the rubbish to the recycle centre on the outskirts of Stintino. I did miss this part in the contract but any other landlord in previous years did not expect this. To flag, we did put out the rubbish every day as required so was just expecting the agency to take care of it on the last day. Overall this property has great potential but needs a lot of maintenance to meet expectations.
