- L'emplacement au calme - La vue sur les deux côtés de l'île - Le couché de soleil - Le barbecue à gaz (tout neuf!) - La proximité des plages ( avec voiture, sinon attendre le bus)
- L'endroit est infesté par les fourmis, les lézards....cuisine, chambres, jardin - Pour ceux qui voyagent léger, le linge de lit et serviettes ne sont pas inclus! 17 eur. par personne!!! (C'est mentionné dans le contrat!)...sinon la grande ville la plus proche Sassari (42 km) dans les deux sens... - l'absence de la climatisation (chaleur étouffante en l'absence de vent!) - le ramassage des poubelles est compliqué (pas tous les jours surtout le jeudi!!! Éviter un départ ce jour! sinon on vous oblige à prendre les déchets avec vous!!! - n'oubliez pas de prendre du liquide sur vous ( caution 300 eur.) à la signature du contrat de location
