Exceptional

The apartment is is clean, well furnished, and in good condition. The location is really good. Everything is in walking distance: beach, shopping, restaurants, public transportation for longer trips to other towns. Hence, it is totally possible to arrive at Binz by train (e.g., via the ICE train network), and to spend the vacation there without a car.

The WIFI quality was mixed. It was sufficient for reading/writing emails and to surf on the internet, but I did not reach large transfer rates and had occasional disconnects when trying to do something for work.

Das sehr saubere Objekt befindet sich fast direkt im Zentrum von Binz. Kurze Wege zum Strand, Promenade, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr.

Sehr empfehlenswert und immer wieder ein Urlaub wert.

Sehr schönes Gelände, hübsch angelegt. Die Unterkunft hatte einen Zugang zum Parkhaus, was sehr bequem war. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war sehr beeindruckend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Die Lage zum Strand und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren optimal, die Entfernung zum Bahnhof war gut.

Unser Appartement war sehr schön und geräumig.

Die Betten waren sehr weich, wir konnten nicht so gut schlafen und hatten dadurch leider Rückenschmerzen nach dem Schlafen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, gerne wieder

Alles vorhanden was macht braucht Super Lage zum Strand ( keine 5min Gehweg), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe Personal stand bei Problemen und Fragen zu Verfügung und war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Durch die Nähe zum Strand ist es normal das der Hausflur etwas schmutzig war aber er wurde leider auch in unserem Zeitraum nicht genügend gereinigt

Ferienwohnung super....Personal leider sehr unfreundlich

Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Es gab zwei Schlafräume (1x Ehebett und 2 auseinanderstehende Betten) und eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Wir waren zu fünft und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und bis zum Strand waren es keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Das Personal (am Empfang) war sehr unfreundlich und sehr unhöflich. Das fanden auch andere Hausgäste so. So behandelt man keine Urlaubsgäste. Zumal die Unterkunft ja auch nicht gerade preiswert ist.

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.

Wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Bäcker, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Trotzdem nicht der erwartete Trubel. Unterkunft sauber, wertig, funktional. Auto stand in der Tiefgarage (zugebucht)

Stellplätze in der Tiefgarage sind noch aus früheren Zeiten und somit ziemlich eng

Super Kurzurlaub! Zu empfehlen!

Zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Auch ein Supermarkt direkt paar Schritte entfernt zu erreichen. Auch Restaurants einige zur Auswahl direkt in der Nähe. Man kann sich einfach einen Schlüssel holen und dann für 1,5 Stunden gegenüber schwimmen gehen. Als ich da war, hatte ich das Bad für mich komplett alleine. Man konnte ruhig seine Bahnen ziehen und etwas entspannen. Ich hatte einen Balkon zur Straße und dafür Sonne pur am Nachmittag. Bei eigentlich noch gar nicht so ganz warmen Wetter, konnte man in der Sonne gut lesen.

Ein bisschen mehr Freiheiten zur spontaneren Poolnutzung wären noch besser, aber so war es auch nicht wirklich ein Problem

Generell ist alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt vorhanden

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Der Hof ist sehr schön bepflanzt. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit.

Es liegen keine besonderen Beanstandungen vor.

Strandnahe, solide Ferienwohnung für eine kleine Familie

Die Lage zum Meer (ca. 300 meter) und zum Bus (genauso weit) sind super, die Wohnung war zweckmäßig für eine Woche Urlaub mit 2 Erwachsenen und einem Kind (4). Wir wurden vorab informiert einen Parkplatz anzumieten (3 verschiedene Varianten, mit 5 Euro/Nacht war das ca. 100 Meter entfernte Parkhaus am günstigsten) da es keine öffentlichen Parkplätze gab (zumindest hätte man sehr weit laufen müssen).

Ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt in gemütlicher Atmosphäre .

Die Lage war klasse , alles gut zu erreichen , Nähe Bahnhof. Sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet sogar das Besteck war sehr acorat einsortiert👍 Alles wirklich top sauber sogar mit kleiner Spülmaschine , sämtliche Geräte usw.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden immer wieder gerne werde es weiterempfehlen .

Polecam, ale trzeba zabrać ze sobą wszystko co potrzebne.

Obiekt bardzo fajny już drugi raz tam byliśmy. Bardzo dobre położenie i niedrogi parking.

Brak środków czystości, papieru toaletowego etc. Mogłoby być choć trochę zwłaszcza że przyjazd był w dniu wolnym. W innych obiektach takie wyposażenie to standard.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit der gesamten Familie.

Ferienwohnung mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Relativ zentrale Lage, nahe am Strand, in Laufweite zu diversen Geschäften und Supermärkten. Wohnung sehr sauber, Personal freundlich. Schwimmbadnutzung gegen Aufpreis möglich.

Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Verbrauchsartikel (Spülmittel, Geschirrspültabs) nur gegen Aufpreis. Toilettenpapier und Seife waren als Grundausstattung vorhanden, das reicht aber nur für 1-2 Tage. Keine Lebensmittel (Salz, Zucker, Gewürze) vorhanden. Stellplätze für Kinderwägen (v.a. in der Hauptsaison) sehr eingeschränkt.
