The villa is stunning, the views are amazing, large enough not to be on top of everyone, we had eight people including two toddlers. Villa had most things you need for a comfortable stay, two kitchens one upstairs one down not sure why. Washing machine was a bonus. Lovely pool with sun loungers. Was very clean.
A little out of the way, a good 25 minute walk to town but coming back is up a big hill.
Some furnishings are a little tired, Couple of little issues, stair banter loose, broken patio chair, broken umbrellas, bbq rack broken. Could do with some tlc, some furniture cheap looking.
Having to order bedding and towels, high chairs and cots from an outside company disappointing then having to make your own beds, quite expensive when there are a lot of you.
You definitely need a car.
