Our apartment, Picera Spona, was traditionally decorated in fir with all modern features. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bathroom is stylish, roomy and has great water pressure, the double bed is comfortable, there is adequate storage space for longer stays and the balcony has a fantastic view of the valley and surrounding mountains. The milk from their cows, which is brought to your front door early mornings on request, is delicious.
The farm is renowned for it‘s restaurant. A major reason we decided to stay there was to eat there. After a tortuous 950 kilometre drive on Easter weekend we arrived late, around 9 pm, to learn there was no room for us in the restaurant, also not on the second night of our stay. The restaurant was fully booked with people not staying at the farm. This was a big disappointment. Be sure to reserve a table in the restaurant when reserving your room!
