    Comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. TV is useless. Never works. Could do with bathroom slippers. A/c and fan worked well. Staff very helpful generally, except on this occasion was challenged on checking out to say I need to pay for the room. (She hadn’t checked it was prepaid). Otherwise, good value. Very central to everything and easy to find.

    As per the booking confirmation the room should have been big enough to have 3 beds in it, but I was placed in the smallest room ever. On the arrival I was given a 0.5 L bottle of water. As I have booked for 2 nights, so the next morning, when the room service came to clean the room, I said I don't need it to be cleaned, I only slept, nothing else, I just need a bottle of water. They called from the reception and told me that the free water is over. 1 small bottle for 2 nights????? Then I told the reception that there is no hot water for the shower in my room, which they promised to send somebody to check it. I couldn't wait I just took a cold shower and went out. Came back really late and wanted to take a shower, still no hot water, had to take cold shower again. No amenities in the bathroom, only 3 pieces of soap, no shampoo, no dental kit and whatsoever. I really had very bad experience. Will never book again and will not recommend.
