- Friendly host. Igor was very helpful and communicated well via call and in person
- Great location. Close to the central Polis area but also secluded in a private road with other villas
- Great facilities. 4 bedrooms, table tennis, football, big pool with LED lights, every kitchen utensil + BBQ area. Also security cameras and locks
Parking garage is a bit steep but nothing you can do really, thats the layout. Perhaps park manual car either in front of the house or at the very bottom of the garage. Other than that nothing major.

וילה גדולה במרחק נסיעה מלאצי ופוליס, 100 מטר מחוף ים , ירידה אליו במדרגות. הבריכה מקסימה כמו גם האיזור של הפינג פונג,
הוילה מעט מיושנת אבל בעיקר לא מספיק נקייה, כלי הבית והבישול מיושנים ולא מפנקים. לציין כי בקשר לניקיון הערתי לבעלים ודאג לשלוח אליי תוך שעתיים מנקה מקסימה! עשתה כניטב יכולתה.אך מדובר בניקוי עמוק יותר שהבית צריך, כולל הדלתות והידיות. הגענו לוילה הזו מוילה קודמת בפאיה שהצטיינה בניקיון ובכל הדברים שצריך והכל ברמה ולכן הפער שהורגש אצלנו היה גדול. לציין כי חלק מבני המשפחה שלי אהבו את הוילה, ייתכן ותתאים מאד למי שזה לא מפריע לו, היא ענקית, הסלון קטן יחסית

Bardzo dobry kontakt z Wynajmujacym. Duża elastyczność w kwestii godziny przyjazdu.
Jedyną sprawa do "poprawy" to brak plażowych lekkich, przenośnych leżaków i parasoli

The villa is just like in the pictures, super spacious and perfect for two families with separate floors.
The pool is amazing—very clean and great for kids because of the different depths.
The kitchen is fully equipped with tools for cooking and the vila was very clean.
Property is great, but you should take into consideration bellow aspects regarding area:
-The neighborhood doesn’t have any food stores, so you’ll need a car to get to restaurants or supermarkets.
-The closest beach is about a 10-minute walk from the villa, but it’s rocky. The water gets deep right from the entrance, and there are lots of stones, so it’s not ideal for kids.
We went to Coral Bay instead—it’s a sandy beach, but it takes around 45 minutes to get there.
