A localização e otima e bem seguro, o administrador do local bem atencioso e muito gentil, a piscina do condominio e otimo e limpa, a vista e top.
Um dos condominios que ficamos precisa passar por reformas, a ducha do banheiro não estava funcionando o ar condicionado com vazamento em cima da cama e a pia de lavar a louça com entupimento, são pequenas reformas mas que fazem a diferença.
