Wonderful huge garden and exceptionally stunning modern architecture in a previouslly old barn. Attractive mixture of modern and old. The huge Common room sets à confortable atmosphère for bigger families or couples that share the house and there is enough room for privacy if you want. Wide beaches and sea inviting for all sorts of activities. Granville, St Pair, Jullouville etc good for shopping (Almosen every day a market in one of them) shops restaurants and not yet tourist hotspots.

What we all found uncomfortable and therefore unattractive to use were thé easychairs and sofa in the sitting-room. They look so inviting in the photo but are hard to sit on und much to low, very difficult to get up from. A wardrobe for clothes to hang would also be an additional improvement for each room. What I missed as I occupied myself in the kitchen which is spacious and well equipped with two fridges and dishwasher etc was sharp knives and higher quality frying pans and less pots and things you don’t need. Less can be more. Fortunately I brought my own knives, also for oysters and various other utensils.- Sorry to mention this, but I see my contribution here as an means to improve the standard of the place which I liked a lot.
