La pulizia della stanza , l accesso guidato alla struttura/ stanza anche non in presenza del/dei proprietari , il frigorifero in camera molto efficiente
Mancanza della colazione ,dell' aria condizionata nella zona corridoio soprattutto nelle giornate calde / afose e la mancata presenza di qln al check in

Posizione comoda per raggiungere posti del salento. La struttura è dotata di un parcheggio interno e nel complesso è molto grande.
La stanza "Giovanna" non aveva un tavolo, utile per appoggiare oggetti. Opterei anche per aggiungere dei minifrigo in ogni stanza. Punto a sfavore la non presenza di un congelatore. Inoltre in 4 giorni il secchio della spazzatura non è mai stato svuotato.
