Clean and comfortable room

Located in the center of Chiang Rai, this accommodation is convenient for everything, i.e. shopping, dining, transport. The room was so spacious and clean that the stay was comfortable.
The information on the booking.com site says, no smoking in the entire house, however smoking is allowed in the courtyard (at least it looked so). Guests cannot detour the courtyard (from the gate to the building), consequently may suffer from smoke.
The reception looked almost always empty. It may be inconvenient, if you need any assistance.

Everything, location and cleanest hotel.
Overall are superb, but the location is in the middle downtown so the parking is relavantly tricky.

Staff were great..
Beds was hard
I found the room i was in very loud between 11pm and 2:30am
Many bars ans massage shops very close
Did not like getting called and harassed for massages ALL THE TIME....
