Stayed there before Excellent property great location Clean well stocked

On previous visits we were met at the property on arrival and given the key This time we had to go to the Interhome office in Benidorm to collect them as they would not be ready until after 4pm This meant a change to our pick up arrangements and also meant we had to wait around in Benidorm for over 3 hours. Whilst we appreciate that the villa needed cleaning etc…. We should have been allowed to at least leave our luggage at the villa and wait in albir. This is a management problem and doesn’t detract from the excellent property Interhome need to sort this as it would put us off booking again… the idea of an early flight is to have the day in the resort- not waiting for hours in another resort. Staff at interhome office tried to assist and let us leave our luggage in their office which was very kind of them and they did try to expedite the cleaning however provision should be made for early arrival in the resort where they are staying That said We loved Casa Sandra

Cushions on the sun beds

This was a lovely property in a great location very clean and comfortable. Everything you needed was there and supermarket only a few mins walk away. Agents are very accommodating when contacted. We had a great holiday and would definitely stay here again.

Hot water was a little hit and miss but was sorted out by Interhome, bed in mater bedroom could have been a little bit comfier but overall everything was great. Pool isn’t heated so a tad cold this time of year 🙃 also key safe could be with being at the villa as the other side of Benidorm is no good early hours of the morning with no car. Luckily we have family out there who collected the keys that day for us.

The size and layout of the property was good.

Pool damaged edge and tiles. Water leaking through bathroom roof. No cushions for sunbeds. We had to buy some. Hot water failed numerous times. Heating and aircon not working on arrival. Very few pans suitable for hob. Wrong type. Cockroach infestation in pool shower room. Awning at kitchen door does not retract. TV in bedroom not operating. TV in lounge no English channels available. General lack of routine maintenance.
