Key collection unsuitable as we arrived late at night on shuttle it was not an option to then travel with the family into Benidorm to collect keys from the safe, we were homeless for a night with no empathy from staff, lucky we had a group and each of us slept on a sofa not ideal after long travel
Check out was too early without the option or good will gesture of late check out
Check out too early and unacceptable key collection arrangements
