Overall wonderful location, spacious apartment, washing machines and spacious bike room is a plus

1) Late arrival payment 2) The external door to basement where bike/ski room was located had had the lock broken, so formally everybody from the street could enter the building

Superb

Apartments are located in very close distance to the lift to Col Rodella, where you find a great hiking trails. But the area is full of other hiking trails in neghboring valleys.

First week of June is very quiet - most of hotels, therefore restaurants are closed, also mostly all mountain lifts are closed.

Good location, easy to access town, ski lifts and other services. Very convenient ski room. Spacious living room.

Some heaters in bedrooms missed regulators, so it was difficult to set an appropriate temperature (either worked on max or not at all). Balcony is accessible only via a bedroom or bathroom, there is no balcony connected to living room. A light above dining table would definitely help.

good location clean and comfartable nice to have a dishwasher I couldn't work the wshing machine and they came very quick to help heating was on - very nice and cosy

it would be nicer to have some basics- tea, coffe, salt and pepper, shampoo, detergents for the washing machine they charged us 30 Euros for being late 1 hour in check in

Fantastic central apartment with everything you need

Very spacious and comfortable apartment in the convenient location - close to cycling/running path by the river, Col Rodella cable car within 3mins, same as supermarket, very good local product store, bike rental; The apartment itself is very well equipped and offers a lot of space even for a bigger family or group (can easily sleep up to 7ppl); two bathrooms were a nice surprise. Great view from the balcony and windows. We had a wonderful stay!

The kitchen is really well equiped and the apartment is quite big. Terrace is nice with beautiful view.

Apartment is designed for family (parents and two kids), but we were there as two couples, so beds in "kids room" were quite small for an adult.

- in our apartment was really small kitchen and fridge - not much comfortable and old couch in the living room - noise from nearby hotel

Very nice location, in the Dolomites!

We booked 2 apartments (6 and 7) and we were very pleased with the location. Apartment 7 especially, was very nice! Big rooms, big bathrooms, very nice kitchen and lounge. All the rooms were clean, bathrooms as well, nothing to complain on that! You have everything you need in the apartments, including fridges, clothes washing machine, etc. One of the apartments also has access to a sauna, but we did not use it. If you want a good, quite cheap, dinner, I recommend "Ristorante Pizzeria Agnello", which is located a few meters from the location. We enjoyed their pizzas, pastas and the "goulash patate" (I think that was the name of the dish).

Be aware that the check-in is normally up to 7 PM. We arrived just in time, but otherwise it would have probably been complicated to get the keys to the apartments.

Very good value for money

The overall quality was very good indeed and we felt the price to facilities ratio was extremely attractive. We enjoyed spacious rooms and apartment layout and the fact it had two bathrooms. It is close to the main lift and to the town centre, definitely a bonus.

It’s located by the main road. Can be noisy with the traffic. What could be improved is the availability of basic food supplies (salt, pepper, sugar, oil) and cleaning products i.e. washing sponge, extra bin liners. There’s no doubt anyone before us had to buy the same basic food extras before us and leave behind. Rubbish disposal was tricky, unsure how to use the mass containers, it appeared to me the key fob wasn’t working. City doesn’t appear to be recycling plastic and aluminium

Comfortable apartment located next to the ski gondola. Perfect place to start your hiking or skiing. Walking distance to the shops and sporting centre.

Toilet and bathroom are combined in a single chamber and it may create a logistic challenge to a bigger group.

Alberto was very helpful. Very close to the cable car and also to town center. Spacious - ideal for the family with two kids or even three (one infant).

The pan could be replaced. It was almost not possible to make even a ham and eggs on it. Vent hood should have the filter replaced.

Great location and wonderful apartment!

The apartment was a two bedroom unit. It was quite a good size for our four person family. We loved the wrap around balconies where we would sit and drink in the evening. The location is excellent as it is minutes walk away from the Col Rodella gondola. The apartment was very clean and very very comfortable. There is a laundry room on the basement and a large bike storage room which we used daily
