Amazing apatment style hotel room, very spaceous, clean srylish and comfortable. Large apartments inside building that used to be industrialisation era massive factory. Excelent location if you are styaing over to get early in line for Suntago waterpark.
It was very confusing finding the location of the hotel using google maps or waze, since actual location is in the middle of block. Owners should edit google maps location marker to point it cliser to the nearest parkingarea. Found using map location displayed in booking.com, but had to call hotel first.

Plenty of parking around the block, it was a clean and nice place to stay in
Thin walls (you might need earplugs). And when you flush the toilet- you might think that it will collapse the building (the sound is really loud)

Location. Many restaurants in the area. Air conditioner. Comfortable to stay if you are travelling through Poland and need a stop near Warsaw.
Outdated room, damaged carpet, pillows were completely flat. Our crawling baby found rubbish under the bed (hair pin, plastic wrap).
Would be nice to get instructions before check-in. Aparthotel is in the 4th floor, you have to call them via mobile to enter the building, elevator works only with a magnetic card. Also the elevator stops at the 4th floor, so if you live in the 5th, only stairs are available. It was super uncomfortable for a family with a baby and luggage.
To sum up, room looked better in photos.
