The door code did not work, we had to use a lock box. Then the door code was fixed. The toilet sometimes ran in the master bath.

Nice condo, very comfortable and clean, well-stocked. Garage was nice.

Condo was nice but the 'Vacasa' management service was average/poor-- they turned off the codes to get into the garage and condo a day early and the cleaning staff came a day early expecting us to have checked-out. Getting a hold of someone to help at the contact number was difficult-- it's an 1-800 number we were on hold a long time then the person we spoke with didn't really know what was going on. Luckily the code to the backup keybox happened to be the same as the garage door code and luckily we left the door unlocked to the garage...or we would have been locked out of both. Also, none of the web links to the amenities, parking, etc on the vacasa site worked. We managed nonetheless, but it would have been nice to have this information. Also of note-- this condo is on the 3rd level and no elevator. Also there's no air conditioning. We like stairs and don't mind the heat (we're from Moab...) so it was not a problem for us, but some guests might like/need this info. So-- condo was great, management company (vacasa) could do much better...

The ease of the door code text. The size of the residence. Loved the garage. The location was great, near the base of the mountain. A very short drive to downtown.

This is not your fault, but it was very hot in the residence. There is no air-conditioning.

the space was excellent for 3 of us.

getting into the garage was very awkward. you had to go around to the door in back of garage to open garage door. also the locks were much more complicated than necessary.
