E' una taverna seminterrata sotto l'alloggio del proprietario, è abbastanza grande per una camera da letto, cucina piccola ma funzionale. La padrona di casa è gentile e si può parcheggiare molto vicino alla struttura. A 5 km dal centro di Fiume, molto comodo se si ha la macchina. Ottimo il condizionatore, il frigo con ghiacciaia. Apprezzato il leggero piumino per la sera di pioggia
La porta è a vetri senza una tenda, in bagno l'unica finestra. La porta del bagno è a vetri anche se ha una piccola tendina bianca. Nella stanza al mattino entra tantissima luce. Leggera umidità che si asciuga con il condizionatore, tranne che in bagno

For those with larger vehicles note that this is located on a steep hill and alley ways are small. Best for those with small vehicles.
