About this house rental
This unit is elegantly designed and is located in the lower portion of this Beautiful lake home located right on Crystal Lake. This is new construction that just got finished in July 2019. This walkout is only steps away from one of the most beautiful lakes in Michigan. It has a Full kitchen with a dish washer, 1 Large Bedroom with a queen with a high quality tempurpedic mattress and a view of the lake right from your bed, and 1 Full Bath, it also has a sofa sleeper that can sleep 1 and a Murphy pull out bed that sleeps up to 2. It also has access to the washer and dryer. It has direct beach access to the lake just steps away from the walkout doors. This home is a Haven for rest and relaxation.
This home is newly built so All guests must be non smokers and non vapers please! We are sorry but we do not make any exceptions on this as all our guests enjoy the benefits of a smoker less place.
This unit is in the lower walkout portion of the home pictured. It is totally separate and has its own living quarters. The owners will be in the upper part of the home and sharing the beautiful sandy beach. When the owners are present, guests will be more than welcome to go for a ride with the owners on their Pontoon boat when opportunity is available. Kayaks and sups are available for guests to use for free.
You will see by the pictures why they call it CRYSTAL LAKE as the water is Crystal clear. This is just like the Caribbean with the aqua blue water and beautiful sandy private beach.
There is an outside shower to rinse off and you can even cook over the open fire on the beach or on the gas BarbQ Grille on the outside patio.
We are located on the south side of Crystal Lake about halfway between Beulah and the DNR boat launch. We are exactly 1 mile from downtown Beulah where you can walk into via the Betsie Valley trail, which is right in front of the house, and get a cup of coffee, ice cream or visit some restaurants or shopping
The Betsie Valley trail is right next to us and you can take a nice walk or ride your bike into town or around the trail system into Frankfort.
* Plz note, the owners do have 2 small Pomeranian dogs which you will see in some of the pictures.** So if you dont like dogs our place is not for you. They dont like other dogs so we are sorry but no other pets are allowed here.
Our home is a smoke free home as we don’t even allow smokers to stay here so there will never be any smell of cigarette smoke at all here!

The property is amazing. Lakeside with access to the water just across the street. The "breach" and the dock are both excellent.Host has provided kayaks and SUPs which was most welcome.

Downstairs appointment was truly amazing, very clean, comfortable, and we felt right at home. Brian and cheryl were grate host.

An absolutely fantastic place to stay. The house is beautiful and the views of the lake are better than you can imagine. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the lake.
Brian and Cheryl were great, made sure everything was ready for us, check in was super easy, and the most friendly of hosts. My wife and I will be booking with them everytime we are back in the area.

My husband, two kids (14 and 11), and I stayed for 4 nights. We enjoyed the accommodations, as they were just enough for our family of four. Communication with Brian and Cheryl was great. They are living full-time in the top level of this home, so we were able to chat everyday. Our family loved the lake and taking advantage of the paddle boards and kayaks. We spent most of our time on Crystal Lake and on the sandy beach. There's a lovely outdoor shower to clean off from the beach, with hot water! Fresh linens were provided and we had full access to the washer/dryer. The rental is located on the lower level of the full home. It's ADA accessible, if you use the front yard. If you park in the driveway, there's a bit of an incline and open stairs to the bottom level. This worked out just fine for our crew, but for anyone reading with ADA needs, I'd recommend accessing the home from the street side and you'll be a-okay. We'll look forward to visiting again.
