With more than an acre of land, over 300 feet of pristine Pamlico Sound frontage, and a unique waterfront cove, this inviting getaway offers plenty of room to relax, explore, and make lasting Hatteras Island memories.
Water lovers will feel right at home with convenient windsports access, a dedicated rigging area, ample gear storage, and a private dock. After a day on the water, unwind in the six-person hot tub, fire up the charcoal grill, or settle into the furnished screened porch. Four-legged family members are welcome, too, so the whole family can enjoy the adventure!
The first level features a king bedroom and a game room with a pool table, books, and games. Upstairs, four additional bedrooms include two king master suites, another king bedroom, and a bunk room with two twin bunk beds. A full hall bath, laundry area, and multiple decks add convenience and space to spread out. The top level features another king master suite alongside the bright, spacious great room, where expansive windows frame beautiful sound views. Gather in the living and dining areas for shared meals and movie nights or step outside to enjoy the coastal breeze and spectacular sunsets.

Beautiful location plenty of room for everyone, Home was clean beds comfortable only comment would be to watch out on the decks. Last step to water was missing a board and landing going to outdoor shower starting to slope down.

We had a wonderful time. The house is as advertised. Everything was clean when we arrived. We did have a couple of times (new dishwasher install was not completed before we got there, and one toilet had an issue) but the rental Company did fantastic job of resolving in a very quick timeframe. We would definitely stay there again. Note: the new bridge is now complete and in full view from the back of the property, but that did not affect us at all.

House is beautiful and lovely location but is for sale and upkeep has gone by wayside. Light bulbs out, missing or torn screens, no hangers in closets, many TV's didn't work due to missing cables or no batteries in remotes, no guidance for remotes or how to work TV's. Would be 5 star with some TLC.
