Amazing location, near the Grands Boulevards, St Lazare, and all the big names of shopping. Typical old Parisian flat, with a lot of charm and creaking flooring. Overall clean and comfortable, although the bathroom probably needs a refresh. The check-in is a bit tedious, had to go to one side of the city pick up the key before going to the property and this was very inconvenient with our luggages. The communication with the owner/mgr was very good. Overall, a very good experience.

Great apartment. Perfect for 2 people. Good location, convenient to shops, bakeries, Metro, etc.

Convenient location Shower floor-stones? Not comfortable or safe, in my opinion.

First the things we liked: The location was excellent with great access to the Metro, restaurants and food shopping. And you can walk to many beautiful and interesting neighborhoods. Most of the machines worked, the elevator (necessary because the apartment is on the 5th floor), and the washing machine and dishwasher were adequate. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Our biggest disappointment was that the air conditioning turned out to be a portable units that was falling apart so badly that it was almost impossible to move. After an awkward interaction with the rental agent, the a/c was repaired. The space was odd. It seemed to be carved out of a larger apartment. The bedroom was off in a corner with no windows to the outside. The shower has a strange uneven pebbled floor that was uncomfortable and caused constant leaks. The kitchen is basic. Very little everyday equipment with just a few glasses, and a few dishes, only one bowl. The furnishings are odds and ends. They seem to be the leftovers from someone's country home or castoffs from another apartment. The best part was the location which we have raved about to many friends.
