I am ex resident of Tignes so understand the age of apartments and problems etc, but feel some simple care, work and upd
The location is great with amazing views etc of Tignes Lac and Val Claret.
The property felt like it needed a good clean when we arrived and some simple maintenance I.e light bulbs not working, dish washer full and broken, terrible smell from the toilet & drain and generally pretty dirty.

Basic apartment lacking in essentials, but makes up for it with location and value for money.
Location was brilliant, both for accessing the ski slopes and for local food, shopping and drink options. There was everything you need close by and it’s about as ski in ski out as I’ve ever experienced. The shower was very nice and was clearly a new upgrade to the apartment. We needed an extra key and they happily accommodated us. Balcony was a nice place to relax at the end of the day.
The apartment lacked almost all essentials, including soap, toilet roll, washing facilities and basic cooking ingredients such as salt and oil. I’ve stayed in budget apartments before and these things are usually provided. The apartment was a bit smelly on arrival and the toilet in particular had a bad smell from the drain. These things were easily rectified by buying air freshener but it wasn’t a pleasant first impression. There were hairs on the clean bed linen on arrival and the duvets had stains on them. The apartment was otherwise very clean but small details could be improved.
