Great location. It’s right at the base of the lifts in the village. The physical condition of the property is what you would expect at the cheap price.

The management company expects you to do half their work — they expend no effort on your behalf. You have to fetch and *return* your linens, make your own beds, get your keys across town, etc. There was no hairdryer and I had to fetch one from the across town office (closed on Sundays). The linens supplied were super cheap and old. No dish towels were supplied. Upon arrival for our ski vacation, the apartment was freezing cold. Per management instructions, all the heat in the unit is turned completely off when it is not occupied. Since this is a ground-floor unit, that mean it was approximately the temperature of a medieval dungeon, about 40F or 6-7C. It took two days with the heat on max and blocking all the air returns to become minimally comfortable at about 68F or 20C. Yes, this place is inexpensive and in a good location and thus appropriately priced. But, the management company could have provided more amenities and higher quality items. I’ve never had to port my dirty linens across town with previous rentals - that’s always been included. I would really appreciated it had they ensured that the apartment was a livable temperature prior to our arrival.
