Great location - you can ski to the piste from the back door. Good space for a couple.

So noisy! Lots of people heading back from bars throughout the night

A- getting the key was abit tricky...this part should be explained in a more orgenized way B- also needed- how to find the room explanation...the apartment located on the 7th floor while you got only 6 floors on the elevator :-) you need to find the staircase for the 7th floor C- the beds are not comfortable at all unfortunately :-( (you better bring or buy your own pillow at least)

The apartment was basic but comfortable enough in a good location.

We arrived during the night and had to collect our keys from a key safe in front of an office. We were dropped off at this location. However, when we picked up the keys we could not locate our apartment. We were given a small map with no directions. We were stranded on a Saturday night with our children and all our cases. There were drunk people falling into us which was frightening for the children. We spoke to lots of different security guards in various hotels who did try to help but they too could not follow the map. Finally, one security guard phoned security officers which were on call that night. We had to wait an hour for them to arrive. They were great when they arrived and showed us straight to the apartment. However, I do think that a few simple instructions could have saved us a lot of distress. We had to go down some steps which were located behind double doors. There was no way we would have found these just from the map.
