Besonders gut hat uns die Freundlichkeit des Personals gefallen. Sehr zuvorkommend. Die Größe des Zimmers war auch sehr schön und komfortabel. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

The hotel is very centrally located and room was was clean. The breakfast was ok for the price but not exceptional.

The staff could be a bit friendlier for 4 star hotel.

Breakfast was great. The staff was great. The room was a bit cold and the shower water was only lukewarm that night although it heated up well enough by the morning. I suspect it is because heating is so expensive. I liked the parking. It was open and not under a building.

The bed was too soft for me. I like a hard mattress.

Clean, centrally located

The hotel itself is a 4-star hotel, but they also have a 3-star guest house a few steps down the road. However, they don’t clearly advertise this on their website (or the actually buildings - the guest house has a 3-star plaque on the wall, but a much larger 4-star ‘Hotel Italia’ sign on the building as well). That makes for a very unpleasant surprise when you thought you booked a 4-star room, but learn that you have 3-star accommodations. Additionally, the 4-star property has a lift, the 3-star has not, with narrow staircases leading to the upper levels.
