Maison propre, quartier calme et très proche du centre ville avec un super marché à 20 mètres à peine à pied, idéalement situé, plage à 1,3 km , 20 minutes à pied mais ça passe vite. Proche arrêt bus ,

Huis ligt op prima locatie om lopend San Teodoro te verkennen waar elke avond een markt was. Parkeren op eigen terrein.
Het huis is erg karig en ongezellig ingericht en staat wat ons betreft totaal niet in verhouding tot de prijs. De keuken en woonkamer vormen één ruimte, met daarin slechts een slaapbank, een tafel met vier stoelen en één zeer felle lamp. Er is nauwelijks aandacht besteed aan sfeer of comfort. Daarnaast is er alleen airconditioning in de woon-/keukenruimte en niet in de slaapkamers. Hierdoor bleven de slaapkamers erg warm, wat zeker in de zomer erg oncomfortabel is. Voor de prijs die voor deze accommodatie wordt gevraagd, hadden wij absoluut meer comfort, voorzieningen en kwaliteit verwacht.
