The facilities were clean, tidy and well-maintained, making our stay pleasant and enjoyable. The room was comfortable and welcoming, and the bed was lovely and cosy, allowing us to have a good night's sleep. Everything was neat and presented nicely, which made us feel relaxed during our stay. Overall, we had a lovely experience and appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation.

I didn’t like that staff entered our room while we were out. I understand they were only coming in to provide clean towels, but I would have preferred that no one entered our room without our permission, especially when we weren’t there. I also noticed that when staff entered our room, they left the dirty bowls and cutlery behind. I would have appreciated it if these had been collected and put through the dishwasher to ensure they were properly cleaned and sanitised using hot water.

The doona had two very obvious stains on it on arrival. There was no reception. We were not notified of no reception and had only shortly before arrival received a text with an incorrect pin to retrieve a key. I had no idea who to contact, but finally got onto someone who would only give me the correct pin in exchange for all my credit card details. We had no idea we needed to do this, there was nothing suggesting this when we made the booking. We were hoping to get dinner on arrival but the restaurant was locked up. There were rough looking very noisy people outside our room, we did not feel safe and left early the next morning.
