The apartment is located on the ground floor of the owners' villa. The two houses have completely independent entrances and the living areas do not face the same side. In addition, you will appreciate the discretion of the owners.
The ocean is very close and you will appreciate the calm of our small housing estate in the heart of the village and very close to a pine forest. There is also a small fitness trail right next to it.

Superbe logement, décoré avec goût, bien agencé et très bien équipé!
Parfait pour découvrir la région, à proximité de l'autoroute, des plages, zoo et reptilarium sympathiques...
Hôtes accueillants et gentils.
En résumé séjour au top, région magnifique, à refaire!!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, logement bien situé entre Capbreton et Biarritz. Très calme, commerces à proximité. Pas besoin de voiture, accès à tout en vélo. Plein de visites à faire autour et très belles plages.

Attention à la propreté, beaucoup de toiles d'araignées !
C'est une location belle au premier abord mais il ne faut pas regarder dans le détail qui déçoit.
Sinon location située au calme et avantage non négligeable du prêt des draps et serviettes.
