    Stayed here for one night during our trip to Queenstown. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Queenstown town centre, restaurants, shops and the lakefront. The property was very clean and well maintained throughout our stay. We booked a private room with a shared bathroom. The room was quite small, but still comfortable enough for two people. The shared bathrooms and toilets were always clean, which made our stay very pleasant. There is a communal kitchen available for guests, although it can get busy during meal times as many long-term guests and students stay here. The hostel-style concept is great for budget travellers, with both dormitory and private room options available. Overall, a clean, affordable and convenient place to stay in Queenstown. Would definitely consider staying here again.

    The only real advantage of this place is its location. It’s very convenient and within walking distance to the town center, close to Fergburger, and not far from the gondola and Skyline. There is also a nearby supermarket, so the location is excellent. The staff were helpful as well. However, there are several downsides. Parking is limited (only around 4 spaces) and comes with an additional charge. The room was extremely cold — the heater didn’t work well at all, and there was no heated bed, making it very uncomfortable at night. Soundproofing is very poor. On the first night, I stayed on the ground floor in a room directly under the kitchen and couldn’t sleep at all due to loud footsteps from above until early morning. I had to request a room change. Even after moving, I could still hear traffic noise, people coming in and out, and even the sound of others showering, which seriously affected my rest. Overall, aside from the great location, there’s really nothing else positive. It’s quite disappointing — if the rooms were quieter and warmer, the stay could have been much better.

    very well located for Queenstown CBD, but extremely expensive for a twin room for what is offered. Have stayed in 4 star hotels for same price
