I cannot say enough great things about our stay in Verna and Rich's place. We were there a week and did not want to leave. The condo is very spacious and thoughtfully decorated. Luis was our concierge and met us at the security gate and showed us our home for the week and told us all about the home and how everything worked. If we needed him for minor things during the week, he was readily available. The patio with the most amazing breezes was our happy place if we weren't out by the pool. And this pool! It's like nothing we have ever seen before. Very well-maintained and massive in size. There were easily 20 families there each day and everyone still had their own space. The beach was a short walk, which I preferred because I needed to get my steps in. This week the first 4 days had seagrass down at the beach but the staff worked diligently on clearing it out and by day 5 we were in the water. It just gave us time to do things away from the condo, like the Xcarat water park, like 20 mins away, and also an all-day excursion to Isla Mujeres. A few evenings during the week we drove to downtown Playa Del Carmen and walked around the little shops, ate some dinner and just enjoyed the local vibe. Unless you are planning on staying at the condo your entire stay, you’ll need a rental car OR get an uber. There’s a local grocery store that has got everything you need. I can’t think of anything negative to say. It was just LOVELY! Thank you so much!

Our stay was delightful. The pool, restaurants, and accommodations were absolutely wonderful. Can't wait to go back. The recommendations on places to visit and restaurants were also very helpful. I can't speak highly enough about our recent stay at the property/ The property manager, Luis, was highly communicative, extremely accommodating, and made our stay quite memorable. The residence was clean, well described, and comfortable. The location had plenty of options for food and recreation. We spent one full day at the pool and another at the private beach. Incredible stay and am looking forward to our next visit.

Perfect place for a quiet family vacation!!! The house was so clean and better than the pictures! The view and the balcony was perfect for early morning breakfast! The staff were the absolute best and so helpful and sooooooo nice!!! We lost a wallet on our first day in the taxi and the security at the gate was so helpful he stayed with us until it was returned untouched! The restaurant in the complex was so nice to have and was attached to the massive pools that were so clean! The beach was a short walk away about 5 mins and there were staff ready to help put down umbrella and chairs! Beach is everything you expect and more! Can't wait to return with the family and the host of the home was so quick to respond and easy to work with! Thank you for having us!!! We can not wait to come back!! Oh Diana who manages the property was fantastic and always available and helped us with renting a car, some sights to see and any question you have she would help! Thanks again! Lyons Family!!!!!
