La amabilidad del propietario y buena comunicación con él. Localización del apartamento en plena medina. Apartamento bien equipado. Lugar tranquilo. Vistas desde la azotea.
El acceso al apartamento es a través de un portal insalubre, huele a gato muerto. El apartamento necesita una buena reforma, está muy ajado. El dormtorio no tiene puerta. No hay calefacción, puede resultar algo frío en diciembre. La cama muy incómoda, te hundes hacia el centro. Tampoco estaba demasiado limpio. El ruido de gaviotas no deja dormir, pero esto será común a muchos sitios.
