    It was an overbooking situation when we arrived to check in. The staff solved it by changing our room from a private room to a shared room with other people. This is ridiculous because there was no message or phone call to inform us in advance—they only told us at check-in. We came from Bangkok and arrived late at night, so it was very difficult to find another hotel at that time. This kind of “overbooking” situation should not happen. BTW, Staff still tried to help.

    This place is terrible. Maybe it was cute when it was built, because now the pictures are deceiving. There's no bar on the roof it's just a mess with a lot of junk. The bathrooms are filthy and there's a permanent pool of water, none of the urinals work and have been taped up. The cubicle you sleep in is very small. My sliding shutter was broken so I couldn't close it properly. The worst was finding the previous person's hair and what looked like leghairs on the sheet, the pillow case was filthy and I swapped it with another empty bed. Unfortunately I only saw this late after I put my glasses on. I don't think the linen was washed. The place is very untidy and badly managed. Will not be back.
