White City Resort Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

Very nice staff, happy people all around, and good service. You feel we’ll taken cared of. Big food area with big variety so everyone finds something that they like. Bahtiyar and Medin took good care of us when we had any request. Hotel was exceptonally clean both inside and outside. Restaurant staff was always welcoming and remember you which is very nice.

Everythin here was veeeery good! I highly recommend this Hotel for staying. The people are very friendly, polite and nice. The food is super fresh and very tasty. If you have kids - you have everything for them on the territory as well. Animation is good. We loved staying at White City.

The swimming pool was quite fresh so we went to the beach only. The lagoon is not so big so there was no free chaise lounges sometimes. The kids disco is at 21:00 which is quite late for those who follow the regime, 20:30 will be perfect time as in many hotels.

Not the best food I've tried but there was a lot to choose from- gluten free, vegan, even mashed food, yoghurts and juices for kids, which was a great plus. There was a Starbucks and detox drinks served in drink bars and a good selection in snack court. A big variety of drinks in bars which were spread throughout the hotel. The room was nice, clean, with great comfortable beds. I liked that we got fresh water bottles in the room everyday. The staff was super friendly but small minus is that the receptionists did not speak good english so it was hard to communicate. We enjoyed the animation shows as well- each wvening there was a nice performance prepared.

The water in the inside pool could be heated so that the guests could enjoy warm water on rainy days as well. The hotel app was terrible- its showing outdated information, for example its showing that a transport with bus for one person to Antalya airport is available for €15 but I was unable to book anything theough the app and when I went down to the reception I heard that this transfer option does not exist and the cheapest they can offer is private transfer for 100€. If the 15€ bus transport is not available then why is it there as an option? We have also noticed that all new guests which arrived after us got gifted with white city beach bag as a gift which we did not get and we felt a little left behind.

Compared to the size of the hotel, pool was too small with limited deck chairs. We didnt get chairs in any of the days we stayed there - everyone else seems to reserve the chairs before breakfast and keep towels there the entire day and the hotel is not doing anything about this. The beach is small and rocky. Food and drinks are ”ok” but nothing fabulous. Water is served from 200ml plastic cubes - not too sustainable as in the heat one needs to consume many of them.. a tap or even large bottles would be better. Room as well is ”ok”. At arrival we got ”15min free massage” from the hotel however when we went to the spa they told us it’s just a ”consultation for a massage” and that the reception often makes a mistake colling it a ”free welcome massage”. Sounds like a marketing trick to get people going to the spa. We did a few spa things, massage was excellent but slightly disturbed by the fact the person performing it wasn’t very warm or welcoming. This is definitely a family resort so would not come again unless you are a family looking for a cheap resort experience
